The Full Story
The Free Spirit Kitchen
The Free Spirit Kitchen was founded in 2016, in honor of women of her family who are and have been free spirited. It celebrates their strength, creativity, and independence, carrying their legacy into every meal, every gathering, and every kitchen we serve.

A Love Story
Bridgette and Jeff met over 30 years ago, brought together by a shared love of good food and warm kitchens. As their relationship grew, so did their passion for cooking and creating a home filled with flavor, laughter, and togetherness. Over the years, they built a beautiful family grounded in those same values. For them, meals were more than just food. They became a way of connecting, showing care, and creating lasting memories around the table.
How It Began
Bridgette and Jeff got married and built a life centered around family, love, and good food. Together, they raised beautiful children, and Bridgette chose to be a stay-at-home mother, believing deeply in the power of healthy, nourishing meals. While caring for her own family, she also provided catering for others, always guided by the belief that well-fed children are happier, more vibrant, and more connected. As their children grew older, Bridgette decided to take that vision further. She founded The Free Spirit Kitchen in 2016 to share her values with more families, creating a space where wholesome food and heartfelt care come together.

How It's Going
Today, Bridgette manages The Free Spirit Kitchen, driven by the desire to share with other families the warmth, nourishment, and joy she has built in her own home.
What began as a family passion has grown into a movement, with The Free Spirit Kitchen expanding every day. Through personalized meals, thoughtful service, and a deep commitment to well-being, she continues to bring comfort, connection, and happiness to tables near and far.
