Chef Bridgette is the owner and executive chef of The Free Spirit Kitchen.

This Latina chef has moved successfully throughout the culinary world for the past 20 years. She recreates comfort foods, using real whole foods, from a heart centered space. In Chef Bridgette's kitchen food is medicine, food is nutrition, food is joy and food is love. The basic principles of functional medicine are at the core of her services, it all starts with food. The foods that are prepared are a source of health and cognitive function. You can expect delicately crafted meals from many different cultures made from scratch, but what makes this culinary service unique is the mission to aid in restorative health through real whole foods.
